A&G Chemical Production S.r.l was founded at the end of the 1980s with the production of specific detergents for the automobile, community, and industrial sector. Soon after, the production of a series of additives for construction was added.

The production of additives includes specific products for building restoration and the recovery of damaged buildings.

In the 1990s, we included professional products for the textile industry and bike world. In 1994, we transferred our home office to the industrial area in Osio Sotto (BG). The new facility is visible from the A4 Bergamo – Milan motorway between the Dalmine and Capriate exits. Here, during 2005, we completed an important addition to the structure that is now 5,000 m2. Having optimized the spaces in the new complex, the manufacturing procedures were improved, achieving for years a management system certified ISO 9001.
In 2007, A&G was one of the first companies in Italy to have certified plasticisers and super-plasticisers for the building industry according to UNI EN 934-2:2002.

All products are made according to EEC standards, fully respecting the environment, and are accompanied by safety and technical data sheets.

The ability to operate in more suitable areas also allowed optimization of the costs, becoming even more competitive in Italy and Europe.
The industry-based, extensive sales network is made up of exclusive area dealers, direct agents, or single/multi-firm agencies with many customers assisted directly from the home office.
Agents and inspectors are ready to welcome increasingly specific requests from our customers, resolve problems, and promote new products.
Our diligent and continuous research is increasingly attentive to safeguarding the environment. The technical laboratory is continuously testing new and alternative raw materials that allow us to improve quality while respecting the environment.

SPEED AND EFFECTIVENESS

The new facility has a large storage capacity and high production capacity, allowing us to fulfil orders quickly. A&G has different leading products. In particular, for the automobile sector we have “RW1 PREWASH”, a concentrated liquid with a polishing and spot-proof effect that is extremely effective on even heavy equipment and sheeted vehicles; “EXTRA WASH 30”, perfect for high pressure washing systems and self-service car washes; and self-drying waxes like “SUPERWAX”, a concentrated product that promotes drying in washing tunnels. In the community industry we have many products including WASHING MACHINE DETERGENTS AND FABRIC SOFTENERS specifically for industrial and self-service laundries that are perfumed and last over time, along with various types of DEGREASERS that are specifically for different applications. All products are suitable for HACCP standards and for this reason we have come up with a “cleaning and control” plan for customers in compliance with the standards. MACHINE FOR CRYOSANDBLASTING

We produce more than just detergents and additives; since 2000 we also produce machines for cryosandblasting. Today, we are a leader in Europe due to our continuous research and development. This technology, which is unique in the cleaning industry, allows the removal of dirt without causing pollution since it does not use detergents; it uses dry ice instead, a natural product that leaves no residues. We have been producing cryosandblasting units for 20 years and we recently created a micro-cryosandblasting unit that allows this technology to be used in various sectors such as the electronics and medical industries.
Besides manufacturing and selling cryosandblasting units, we also provide cleaning services at the customer’s premises. The quality of the service and the efficiency of the DRY GUN units have earned us major customers — industrial groups and leading international companies in industries where sanitizing and cleaning are essential. A&G has always been personally run by Bruno Allegrini who has spent thirty years in the industry and offers his own experience and that of his employees, who are in contact with the customers on a daily basis.

Quality has always been our strength. In fact, we were one of the first to obtain ISO certification and structural certifications for additives in the construction industry. That is why we are certain that we offer our clientele safety and tranquillity, because in this manner we are transparent and comply with the regulations. Besides this, we produce a series of selective and qualitative checks of all the incoming raw materials and products for sale, ensuring repetitive production and constant quality, having a batch certified for each raw material and finished product so that we can certify the quality at any time, ensuring loyalty from a customer base that is increasingly attentive to professionalism.
